Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of OnePathTechnology, a professional IT services platform that provides web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and software solutions for businesses and individuals. The platform is built on the principle of delivering structured, reliable, and end-to-end technology solutions through a single, guided approach.
By accessing or using this website or engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue the use of our services immediately. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any updates or modifications made to these terms over time.
2. Nature of Services
OnePathTechnology operates as an independent IT services provider offering digital solutions such as website development, application development, software engineering, and related technical services. The platform does not function as a government body, licensed financial institution, or medical service provider.
All services are delivered based on client requirements, agreed scope of work, and mutual understanding between both parties. While we aim for high-quality execution and professional standards, outcomes may vary depending on project complexity, client inputs, and external factors.
3. Use of Website
Users agree to access and use this website in a lawful and respectful manner. Any attempt to disrupt, damage, or misuse the platform or its services is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized access to systems, servers, or data is strictly forbidden
- Users must not engage in harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activities
- Website content must not be copied or reused without permission
4. Service Agreements
All projects undertaken by OnePathTechnology are governed by individually structured agreements, which may include detailed scope documents, formal proposals, email confirmations, or any other written communication that clearly defines the expectations between both parties. These agreements are established to ensure complete clarity regarding deliverables, technical requirements, project milestones, communication methods, and overall execution standards, thereby minimizing ambiguity and ensuring mutual understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
Once a project has been formally confirmed and initiated, any subsequent changes, additions, or modifications requested by the client in terms of features, design, functionality, or scope may lead to adjustments in both cost and delivery timelines depending on the complexity and effort required. Clients are expected to actively participate in the development process by providing timely feedback, necessary approvals, and required inputs, as delays or lack of communication from the client’s side may directly impact the overall project schedule and delivery efficiency.
5. Payments & Pricing
Pricing for all services provided by OnePathTechnology is determined based on multiple factors including project scope, technical complexity, design requirements, development effort, timeline expectations, and any additional services requested by the client. All payments must strictly follow the structure agreed upon in the official project proposal, quotation, or invoice shared prior to the commencement of work, ensuring transparency and mutual agreement on financial terms.
OnePathTechnology reserves the right to request advance payments, milestone-based payments, or full upfront payments depending on the nature, size, and risk associated with the project. In cases where payments are delayed, withheld, or not made according to the agreed schedule, the company reserves the right to pause, suspend, or delay ongoing services until the outstanding dues are cleared, as uninterrupted financial compliance is essential for maintaining project continuity and resource allocation.
6. Project Delivery
Project timelines provided at the beginning of any engagement are estimated based on the initial scope of work, requirements analysis, and resource planning conducted during the proposal stage. While OnePathTechnology makes every reasonable effort to adhere to agreed deadlines, actual delivery timelines may vary due to evolving requirements, scope changes, delayed feedback from clients, integration challenges, or unforeseen technical complexities that may arise during the development process.
OnePathTechnology maintains a strong commitment to transparency and structured communication throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that clients are regularly updated on progress, milestones, and any potential delays. This approach is designed to keep all stakeholders aligned, reduce uncertainty, and ensure that the final delivery meets the expected quality standards while reflecting the agreed objectives as closely as possible.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment for the agreed project, ownership rights of the final delivered product may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise explicitly stated or mutually agreed in writing during the course of the project. This includes the final version of the application, website, or software developed specifically for the client as per the approved scope of work. However, OnePathTechnology retains the right to showcase the completed work, including design layouts, functionality overviews, and non-confidential project details, in its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, or promotional platforms for the purpose of demonstrating expertise and attracting future clients.
Any pre-existing tools, reusable code structures, frameworks, libraries, development methodologies, or proprietary components that are part of OnePathTechnology’s internal development system remain the sole intellectual property of OnePathTechnology unless a separate written agreement explicitly transfers such rights to the client. Clients are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or claiming ownership of any such proprietary components outside the scope of the delivered final product.
8. Limitation of Liability
OnePathTechnology shall not be held responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from the use, misuse, or inability to use our services, website, or delivered solutions. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of business opportunities, interruption of business operations, system downtime, or any financial losses that may occur as a result of relying on the delivered systems or technical implementations.
Clients acknowledge and agree that all software systems, digital platforms, and web-based applications inherently carry certain technical risks, dependencies, and limitations. By using our services, clients accept full responsibility for how the delivered solutions are deployed, managed, and utilized in their business environment, and agree that they do so at their own discretion and risk.
9. Third-Party Services
Some of the services provided by OnePathTechnology may involve integration with third-party platforms, software tools, application programming interfaces (APIs), hosting providers, payment gateways, or other external services that are not owned or directly controlled by OnePathTechnology. While we ensure proper integration and functional implementation, we do not have control over the availability, performance, security, or operational policies of such third-party services.
Clients are strongly advised to independently review and understand the terms, privacy policies, and usage guidelines of any third-party services that are incorporated into their project. OnePathTechnology shall not be held responsible for any disruptions, limitations, data issues, or service failures arising from the use of external platforms or dependencies beyond our direct control.
10. Revisions & Modifications
Minor revisions are typically included within the scope of a project. However, major changes or additional features beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
OnePathTechnology reserves the right to modify service offerings, processes, or website content at any time to improve quality and efficiency.
11. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project agreement under mutually agreed conditions, provided that such termination is communicated in a clear and documented manner through written communication such as email, proposal notes, or official agreement channels. In the event of termination, the client shall remain liable to pay for all work that has already been completed, including design, development, planning, research, or any other effort invested by OnePathTechnology up to the date of termination, based on the agreed pricing structure or proportional valuation of work completed.
OnePathTechnology also reserves the full right to refuse, suspend, or permanently discontinue services in situations involving misuse of the platform, violation of agreed terms, non-payment of dues, abusive behavior, or any action that negatively impacts project integrity, team workflow, or business operations. Such termination decisions are made to protect service quality, maintain professional standards, and ensure fair treatment across all active projects.
12. Updates to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be revised, modified, or updated periodically to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, service structure, or company policies. Any such updates will be clearly published on this page along with a revised “Last Updated” date to ensure transparency and user awareness.
Continued access to or use of OnePathTechnology’s services, website, or offerings after any modifications to these Terms & Conditions shall be considered as explicit acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this section regularly to remain informed about any changes that may affect their rights or usage of the platform.
